Custom products

Because custom-printed packaging is produced to your specifications, it cannot be returned for a refund once production has started.

You approve a proof before production. Please review it carefully, as it represents the final product.

Defects and errors

If your order arrives defective or does not match the approved proof, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will reprint or refund the affected items at no cost.

Samples and stock items

Unused stock samples may be returned within 30 days for a refund, less shipping. Contact support to start a return.
